Precision Tool Inc specializes in the design & build of Hardpoint Gauges, Electronic Gauges, EDM Fixtures, Grind Fixtures, Hydraulic Fixtures, Machining Fixtures for the Aerospace/Power Generation industries . Our services range from complete design and build, to build only projects. Project scopes can be large or small, ranging from entire programs to single operations or tools.

At Precision Tool Inc, we have a strong background in various types of Aerospace machined components, including blades, vanes, nozzles, shroud hangers, and heat shields.
Our processing allows us to tune and adjust all of our gauges and fixtures to within the required tolerances. Our hard point gauges are repeatable down to within .0001”, as dictated by part manufacturing tolerances.
Once design concepts are complete, we hold an internal design review. Next, concepts are submitted to the customer for approval to ensure we have captured your requirements. Once the customer has approved the concept, we will complete the design. Once the designs are completed, they are 100% checked internally by checker before they are released to the tool room for build.
